If a zone runs when you manually open the valve but won't run from the controller, the problem is in the wiring or the controller terminal — not the valve itself.

A blank controller screen or completely dead controller is usually a power supply issue — tripped breaker, blown fuse, or a failed transformer.

If your controller lost its schedule, it's usually from a power outage combined with a dead backup battery. Reprogram the schedule and replace the battery.

A wiring fault can cause one or more zones to fail, cross-activate, or blow controller fuses. Finding and fixing underground wire breaks requires systematic testing.
